CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom Cap Orders/ Fishing Shirt/ Stubby Coolers; Orders are not Placed until FULL Payment is received. NO REFUNDS will be issued with any of these items as they are a Fully Customised Item 

LOGOS
Logos Created by AVONDALE CUSTOM GEAR are NOT Authorised to be used before payment is received. If we have designed the logo for your order (caps/shirts/stubby coolers etc), payment will need to be received before the use of this logo elsewhere. 
If you do not proceed with the order of the above items, a Design Fee will be invoiced if you wish to use this Logo. If logo is seen to be used elsewhere, you will be invoiced for payment. 

CUSTOMIZED ITEMS
Fully Customized Items CAN NOT be Returned/Refunded. This includes & is not limited to:
- Gear Bags - Stubby Coolers - Caps - Any Embroidery Items - 

UNPAID POSTAGE
If Postage is required but is not paid at time of placing the order - you will have 14 days to make payment before your order will be refunded.

BANK TRANSFER PAYMENT PERIOD
We do accept Bank Transfers as a way of payment for ACG Orders. However, there is a 14 Day window in which these payments must be received.  If 14 days passes and payment is not received - it will result in your order being cancelled.
