Q: How long is your turn around?
A: All of our products that are to be made, you will find a Processing Time located in each of their descriptions which will give a rough time frame on our wait times (can sometimes be a little longer depending on workload)
Q: What are the UHF Measurements?
A: UHF POUCH: Our Standard UHF Pouch size is approx. 11cmH x 7cmW x 3cmD with a Velcro strap over top to allow taller radios up to 15cmH approx.
Q: Do you do bulk orders?
A: Absolutely we do! We have done many Bulk orders in our time and are still continuing to do so with some of our business customers
Q: Why haven't I received an update on my order?
A: You will receive email updates in regards to you order when; you place your order & your order has been shipped - please be sure to keep an eye on your Spam/Junk folder for these emails as they tend to get lost sometimes
Q: Can you customize our UHF holders?
A: Yes we can, we can change the UHF Pocket to be a zip top, clip top, slightly larger to fit a phone, this however, does incur a fee that you will need to select when placing your order as it is extra time and extra materials. Also, we can embroider your UHF holders.
EMBROIDERY
Q: Do I need to have a logo already designed?
A: Not necessarily. Whilst I am not a Graphic Designer, I can absolutely assist in helping you bring your logo to life. If you have any ideas/ thoughts / scribbles, I will do what I can, working together with you, to make it into your business logo.
Q: Do I need to have my Logo already digitised?
A: No, you don't. If you already have a Logo, you can simply send the file through to us and we can get the Digitising process done for you with a One Time Charge.
Q: I already have my logo digitised, can I send this through to you, to be used?
A: Absolutely! We are happy to do this! Most times if it is a Logo that requires us to match colours, there may be some sample embroidery that needs to happen which will of course require payment

Q: What's the best way to get in touch?
A: Emails, Phone call or Messages are all welcomed. Just please keep in mind, that I am a one woman business, so if you call, please be sure to leave a voice message or send a follow up text. If you don't hear back within 2-3 business days from Email, please use an alternative method of contact as my emails unfortunately have a habit of ending up in the Junk folder and occasionally I can miss them. Also, if you call/message outside of business hours, I will return your call/message during my next business day. If you do not leave a message or text, I will not be able to get back to you.
Please Know; My workshop is NOT quiet, I have 2 Embroidery machines working and an industrial sewing machine, so sometimes I am not able to hear well on the phone which can result in me messaging you instead.
