Custom gear takes a little time to get just right. Here's a quick guide to minimum quantities and approximate production times so you know what to expect before sending through your enquiry.

Send Your Ideas
Send through your logo, colours, quantities and any ideas you've got in mind for your custom gear.
Design & Quote
I'll work through the details and provide a quote along with digital artwork for you to review.
Approve & Pay
Once you're happy with the design, your artwork is approved and full payment is made before production begins.
Into Production
Your order is then placed with the manufacturer and production gets underway.
ARTWORK & APPROVAL
Digital artwork is supplied for your approval before your order progresses to production. Nothing is manufactured until you're happy with the final design.
DESIGN CHANGES
There's no set limit on design changes before approval, so we can work through the details together. Once your order has been placed with the manufacturer, changes can no longer be made.
PAYMENT
Full payment is required before production can begin. Production timeframes commence once both final artwork approval and payment have been received.
FREIGHT & SHIPPING
Any applicable freight or postage costs will be clearly shown on your quote, so you'll know the total cost before confirming your order.
Please allow the advertised production timeframe when planning your order. These custom products are manufactured externally and generally cannot be rushed once an order enters production. If you need your gear for a particular event or date, please include that date in your initial enquiry so we can make sure the expected timeframe suits before you proceed.

Custom Caps — Terms & Conditions
Payment & Production
Full payment is required before production can begin. The approximate production timeframe for custom caps is 6–8 weeks and begins once both full payment and final artwork approval have been received.
Artwork Approval
Digital mock-ups are supplied for approval before your order progresses to production. Please check all artwork carefully, including spelling, names, numbers, colours, logo placement and design details.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all details shown on the approved mock-up are correct.
Design Changes
There is no set limit on design changes prior to final approval. Changes can be made up until payment has been received and the bulk order has been lodged with the manufacturer.
Once the order has been submitted to the manufacturer, no further changes can be made.
Approval of Mock-Ups
By approving your final mock-up and proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have checked and accepted the design and agree to these Custom Caps Terms & Conditions.
Design Instructions & Communication
All design details, changes and approvals must be supplied in writing via email, Facebook Messenger or another written communication method agreed upon with Avondale Custom Gear.
Minimum Order
The minimum custom cap order is 25 caps. Pricing is based on the quantity stated in your quote. Any change to the final quantity may require the order to be requoted.
Production Timeframes
Production timeframes are estimates and may be affected by manufacturing, freight or circumstances outside Avondale Custom Gear's control. As custom caps are manufactured externally, rush production is generally not available.
Colours & Product Variations
Every effort is made to represent colours accurately in digital mock-ups. However, colours may display differently between screens and minor variations may occur between materials, embroidery threads, printing and manufacturing batches.
Customer-Supplied Logos & Artwork
By supplying a logo, trademark, image or other artwork for reproduction, the customer confirms they have permission or the appropriate rights to use that artwork.
Freight & Shipping
Any applicable freight or postage charges will be clearly shown on your quote before payment.
Cancellations & Change of Mind
Custom orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they have been submitted to the manufacturer.
Change-of-mind returns or refunds are not available for custom-made products. This does not exclude any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Faults or Order Issues
If you believe there is a fault or an issue with your completed order, please contact Avondale Custom Gear as soon as possible with photos and details so the matter can be assessed.
Fishing Shirts — Terms & Conditions
Minimum Order
The minimum order for custom fishing shirts is 10 shirts.
Artwork & Approval
Digital artwork is supplied for approval before production. Please check all spelling, colours, logos, placement, names, numbers and design details carefully before giving approval.
Design Changes
Design changes can be made before final approval and before the order is submitted to the manufacturer. Once production has been lodged, no further design changes can be made.
Payment
Full payment is required before production begins. Production timeframes commence once full payment and final artwork approval have both been received.

Minimum Order
The minimum custom stubby cooler order is 50 coolers.
Artwork & Approval
Digital artwork is supplied for approval before your order is submitted to production. Please check all wording, spelling, logos, colours and layout carefully.
Changes
Artwork can be changed before final approval and before the order has been submitted to the manufacturer. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.
Payment
Full payment is required before production begins. Production timeframes commence once payment and artwork approval have both been received.
